• Men

Many men were never taught how to think about emotions relationally.

I enjoy working with men who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. This often includes learning how to function more relationally—how to identify emotions, communicate more clearly, tolerate vulnerability, and stay present in connection rather than defaulting to withdrawal, defensiveness, or fixing.

Therapy doesn’t require you to become someone you’re not. It’s about expanding your capacity for intimacy, honesty, and emotional flexibility so your relationships can feel more grounded and more satisfying.
