What Working Mith Me Feels Like

Therapy with me is steady, attentive, and conversational.

You don’t have to arrive with the right words. You can bring half-formed thoughts, questions you’ve been turning over, or things that don’t quite make sense yet.

Many people describe it as having someone in their corner—someone who is genuinely invested, while also helping them look honestly at the patterns shaping their lives.

I pay close attention to what you share. Over time, those details begin to come together.

My role isn’t to judge or fix you. It’s to offer perspective, curiosity, and a place to think out loud about what’s actually happening in your life and relationships.

At times, I may challenge you gently or ask questions that help you see something in a new way.

Over time, many people find they feel more settled, more clear, and more at home in their lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you've been carrying something that feels heavy, confusing, or stuck — and you're curious about what might shift with support — that's usually enough to make it worth exploring. Therapy doesn't require you to be in crisis. It can be useful any time you want to understand yourself better, navigate a transition, or work through something that keeps showing up in your life.

I've never been to therapy before. Is that okay?

Completely. You don't have to show up knowing how to do this — I'll help you. There's no right way to start, and you won't be expected to have it figured out before we begin. Part of what we do early on is find a rhythm that works for you.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's actually pretty common! You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or a diagnosis. Most people come in with a general sense that something isn't quite working and not much more than that. The consultation call is a good place to start sorting it out together, and we keep sorting as we go.
